CANCELLATION POLICY I request a minimum of 24 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 24 hour window are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost. LATE POLICY Please show up on time. If you are even 5 minutes late, it effects the service that can be provided and effects the client's time after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee of 100% of the cost of services that you were scheduled for. If you choose to forgo a part of the service that is included in that time frame, (such as a shampoo, or blow dry), then you will still be charged full price for that service. NO SHOW POLICY In order to respect the time of the artist. If any appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no show fee. No show reservations will be charged 100% of the total amount due for services. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. Should this happen on multiple occasions in addition to the above policies, a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of your service will be required in order to book any future appointments. NEW GUESTS First time clients are required to fill out a new client consultation form that is sent through email when an appointment is scheduled. You are welcome to schedule an appointment before filling out the form. ONLINE SCHEDULING Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Alyssa Leigh Julian Beauty Bar. Please note that all appointments require a valid credit card to be placed on file during booking, but no charges will be made at that time. The card will only be charged if you fail to adhere to my cancellation policy, such as failing to cancel before the 24 hour period, a no-call no-show, or arriving 15 minutes late without prior communication. CHILDREN I do not perform color services on children under the age of 12. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed. If a child under the age of 18 is receiving a chemical service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service being performed. Parents must stay with there child if under the age of 15, otherwise please leave a phone number with myself when you leave for 16 and older. EXTRA PERSON POLICY We understand that finding caretakers for individuals who rely on you can be hard. We request that you do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment endless you contact myself prior to your appointment for approval. PAYMENT Payment is due at time of service. Please bring a card or cash for payment to your appointment. Even though card information in held for your appointment, it is not used for payment at time of service. GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable. Please call (425) 480-1248 concerning lost gift certificates. All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are valid at Alyssa Leigh Julian Beauty Bar only for all products and services available. RESERVE THE RIGHT I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior in my studio or towards myself. SERVICES GUARANTEE I will make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Alyssa Leigh Julian Beauty Bar. All services are non-refundable but I will be more than happy to schedule a adjustment service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind on. After the initial service has been performed, you have 72 hours to contact me to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Adjustment services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date. Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
