Early in my career, I was fortunate to be mentored by an incredible stylist who shaped the way I approach my craft. That philosophy guides every appointment I take: getting to know my clients, understanding their goals, and ensuring they leave not only looking amazing, but feeling confident and celebrated for who they are. Having a son on the autism spectrum has given me invaluable insight into working with individuals with special needs. I am committed to being an inclusive and compassionate stylist, creating a safe, welcoming environment for clients with ASD, sensory processing differences, mobility challenges, and more. I also proudly provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ clients, helping each person feel respected, understood, and at ease, and supporting them in mirroring the identity they feel on the inside with the identity they express on the outside. Additionally, I offer house visits within a certain radius for clients facing mobility hardships, including the elderly or disabled, ensuring that everyone has access to a safe and empowering hair experience. Throughout my career, I’ve worked as an educator, managed salons, and now run my own independent studio, where I treasure the intimate relationships I build with each client. Cancellation Policy

📝 REQUIRED FORMS All required client forms must be completed PRIOR to your appointment. Forms are sent via email with your appointment confirmation—please take the time to sign them ahead of time. This applies to new and existing clients. Incomplete forms may result in appointment delays or rescheduling, and applicable late or no-show policies may apply. ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment—even 5 minutes early helps! Arrivals 10 minutes or more late may incur a $35 late fee if services can still be completed. Late arrivals may result in modified or incomplete services (e.g., blow-dry or haircut omitted). If services cannot be completed, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. 🚫 CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS To respect my time and clients waiting for availability: 48 HOURS notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of service. No-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated occurrences may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 🤍 GRACE POLICY NOTICE While I understand unexpected situations happen, this policy ensures fairness and sustainability. As of 1/26/26, everyone starts fresh: 1st Occurrence: Fee waived as a courtesy 🤍 2nd Occurrence: Standard policy fees apply 3rd Occurrence: Non-refundable deposit required for future bookings (applied toward service) ✨ 🎨 SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS Downgrading services at your appointment without notice may incur a 50% downgrade fee. Upgrading services is welcome when time allows, but large changes may require an additional appointment. Major color/look changes should be scheduled at least 1 week in advance for proper planning, virtual consults, and timing adjustments. 💖 SERVICE GUARANTEE All services are non-refundable, but adjustments are offered if the service is a provider error. Contact me within 72 hours for a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are not allowed after 7 days. Major changes (like box color or going dark to light) may require more than one service. ⚠️ RESERVE THE RIGHT I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior in my studio or towards myself. 📅 SCHEDULE Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays: 10 AM – 6 PM Flexibility may be available before 10 AM or after 6 PM on scheduled days—reach out directly.
